The C02 source solution is easier than you think, as you can get it at any kitchen supply store in your locale (including Sur La Table) you can also get new C02 on Amazon.com*
*Make sure you buy food safe, non-threaded C02 cartridges. The ones made for BB guns and bike tires have oil in them that will get in your beer. That's not good.
