When it comes to deciding on a night out or putting your head down and getting things done, life can be tricky. We've all been there more than a few times and it never gets any easier. But when the stars aline and everything falls perfectly into place, that's when you can really let loose. The "On The Lash" by Paddy's Bar and Grill was created in celebration of those moments!  

As the winner of our 2017 Twelve Days of Cocktails event, the "on the lash" is our new go-to drink to kick off our best nights out on the town. The combination of Kilbeggans Single Grain and St. Germain paired with rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and Peychaud's Bitters is sure to spice up your night.

Ingredients:

On The Lash - uKeg 64 Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Pour 25 oz of Kilbeggan Single Grain, 8.5 oz St. Germain, 12.5 oz Lemon Juice, 12.5 oz Rosemary simple syrup, 4 oz Grapefruit juice, and 1.5 oz Peychaud's Bitters into a uKeg™  64. Then stir.

  3. Grab your glass
  4. Spin in a large single cube of ice
  5. Pour
  6. Garnish with Rosemary
  7. Enjoy!
